RAW MATERIAL CERTIFICATION
Every carbide blank is certified to grade specification. Hardness (HRA), transverse rupture strength, and grain size verified against mill certificates before production release.
CNC GRINDING — 5-AXIS
Precision 5-axis CNC tool grinding on Rollomatic and ANCA platforms. Coolant-flooded grinding with CBN and diamond wheels. Dimensional control to ±0.001mm.
IN-PROCESS METROLOGY
Optical comparator inspection, CMM verification, and surface profilometry at each production stage. 100% dimensional inspection on special tools.
PVD COATING
Physical vapour deposition coatings applied in-house: TiAlN, TiCN, AlCrN, and DLC. Coating thickness and adhesion verified by scratch test and calotest.
FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATION
Full dimensional report issued with every order. Traceability to NABL-accredited standards. Inspection records retained for 5 years.
